This series of cutting machine is a high efficiency and high performance equipment, which uses gantry type, single drive or double drive and combines CNC control.
CNC flame/plasma torch has auto height regulator and auto ignition functions, which is convenient for use.
1. Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved, it features compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, small deformation and artistic appearance.
2. The driving of the main longitudinal end beam and moving of transverse torch adopts Japan Panasonic servo driver and motor

4. The longitudinal guide rails are all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide way.

5. The longitudinal guide rails are firmed by pressing plate backing board and connecting sleeve, which can ensure the longitudinal straightness and parallelism of rail.
6. Automatic igniter and height controller of torch can be chosen according to customer's requirement, with convenient operation
They work by directing a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) at the material being cut. The plasma rapidly heats and melts the metal, while a controlled stream of gas blows the molten metal away, resulting in a clean and precise cut.
