Product Description
H beam combination welding station is used for fit up/ welding/ straightening the web and flange of h beam, it is integrated three working function into one machine which is improve the working efficient and reduce machine cost, also save the labor cost/ factory space, it is the good choice for make H beam or T beam.
It is include assembling and welding unit, straightening unit, pre-centering unit, power conveyor, idler conveyor, flux recycle system, hydraulic system, electric system, welder system etc.
Main machine's base bed, it is welded by high strength sheet, include web/ flange clamping and centering wheels, transmission rollers/ axis/ sprocket and chain, welding torch adjust device, conductive device, motor, reducer.
Upper press framework include press wheel which is fixed on the lift beam, lift beam is driven by cylinder and possible to lift movement on the guide rail.
Web/ flange centering device is by hydraulic clamp, through worm reducer/ gear transmission/ screw lead to centering and clamping sheet.
Main transmission part include motor and reducer, through chain to driven roller rotationing, also driven the straightening roller to rotationing at the same time. With AC frequency to adjust speed.
Hydraulic driven the centering and clamping wheel/ upper press wheel, each part's press pressure is possible to adjust through pressure valve in the pump station.
Straightening unit is include upper straightening roller/ bottom straightening roller/ flange centering device, wall sheet etc. Upper straightening roller is pushed by hydraulic cylinder and possible to down press the flange, bottom straightening roller is driven by chain from main machine and possible to continue correct beam.
