The Intelligent Teach-Free Welding Robot Workstation for Steel Structure is mainly used to weld non-standard workpieces in the steel structure, bridge and tower industries.
The main feature of the ground-rail intelligent welding workstation is its high cost-effectiveness. A ground rail of reasonable size is used as the external motion additional axis for the overall movement of the robot. The robot body and supporting electrical cabinets, welding power supplies, barreled welding wire and other components are scientifically and compactly designed to meet the needs of single-robot dual-station welding operations. The maximum workpiece size designed for this intelligent welding workstation is 10 meters (length) × 1.2 meters (width) × 0.5 meters (height). The main welding objects include common workpieces such as crane beams, H-steel beams, and platform beams.
